Mike is a veteran leader of both Customer Advisory Boards (CAB) and Partner Advisory Boards (PAB) with more than 20 years of CAB experience. He wrote the first (and currently only) CAB operations manual in 2013. In 2020, he re-envisioned that CAB experience to be truly programmatic and virtual. In 2022, he’s leading the effort to redesign the next generation of CABs to be fully integrated with a mix of virtual and in-person elements that dovetail with key customer Account Review meetings and a company’s annual planning process.
