He wrote the first (and currently only) CAB operations manual in 2013. In 2020, he re-envisioned that CAB experience to be truly programmatic and virtual. He’s leading the effort to re-imagine the next generation of CAB programs to be fully integrated with a mix of virtual and in-person elements that dovetail with key customer Account Review meetings and a company’s annual planning process.
